For transaction coordinators

What can AI do for a transaction coordinator?

RealtyOS reads contract dates and proposes deadlines for the coordinator to approve, checks every file for missing documents and signatures, and ranks active deals by risk. It drafts client, lender, and title updates that wait for approval, so the coordinator spends time on decisions instead of retyping status.

Deadlines you approve

The Transaction Coordinator Agent reads the contract's dates and proposes milestone updates. Nothing on the timeline moves until the coordinator approves the change.

Missing documents and signatures

A file check compares each transaction against its required documents and signatures and files tasks for what is missing. A closing-week checklist adds the items that are not there yet.

Every active file, ranked by risk

A portfolio review ranks every active transaction by risk, with the reason and the next step, so the files that need attention today come first.

Updates that wait for approval

Status updates for buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies are drafted from the file and held for approval before anything is sent.

What RealtyOS does not do yet

  • No e-signature integration yet. Signature status is tracked by people and by document review.
  • Offers are recorded by hand. Accepting one does not open a transaction on its own.

Questions

Does RealtyOS change contract deadlines on its own?
No. It proposes milestone updates from the contract's dates, and the timeline changes only after a person approves them.
Can a coordinator work for several agents?
Yes. The Transaction Coordinator package is built for independent coordinators who manage files for several agents.
Does it replace document review?
No. AI summaries are a starting point, and only a person can mark a document reviewed.
