Privacy policy

This policy explains how AgentivX Solutions, LLC (“AgentivX,” “we”) handles information about visitors to this website, people who request a walkthrough, and the people who use RealtyOS.

Brokerages and agents also put information about their clients and leads into RealtyOS. For that information, the brokerage decides how it is used and we process it on their behalf. If you are a client of a brokerage that uses RealtyOS, please contact that brokerage about your information.

• Account information: name, email, role, and brokerage details for people who use RealtyOS.
• Walkthrough requests: the name, email, company, phone number, team size, interest, and message you send us, plus a one-way hash of your IP address used to prevent abuse.
• Property website inquiries: when you request a showing on a property site built with RealtyOS, your details and consent choices go to that brokerage's workspace.
• Usage and logs: records of actions in the product (the audit log), error logs, and basic request information needed to run the service securely.
• Cookies: RealtyOS uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace and display settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

To provide, secure, and support RealtyOS; to answer walkthrough requests; to send service and billing messages; to improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage information; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When someone runs an AI task, RealtyOS sends the records that task needs to the AI provider the workspace uses (Anthropic or OpenAI) through their business APIs. Both providers state that API data is not used to train their models by default. We do not use your information or your clients' information to train models.

Service providers that help us run RealtyOS, under agreements that limit their use of the data: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), Twilio (text messaging), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to send the texts a person agreed to receive, and are shared only with the providers that deliver those texts. Each brokerage's text message terms are linked from the forms where people agree to receive its texts.

Account information is kept while the account is active. RealtyOS does not yet delete records on a schedule, so deletion is done by AgentivX on request. After a subscription ends, the workspace owner can ask us to delete workspace data, and we delete it within 60 days of the request, apart from routine backups that expire on their own schedule. If you sent us a walkthrough request, we delete it within 60 days of your asking. Audit records are kept for the life of the workspace so brokerages can meet their record-keeping duties.

We use organization-level data isolation, role-based access, encryption in transit, encrypted storage from our providers, and an append-only audit log. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete information we hold about you by writing to info@agentivx.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them. To stop text messages from a brokerage using RealtyOS, reply STOP. RealtyOS does not send marketing email itself; to stop a brokerage's marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in that email.

RealtyOS is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We will post updates here and change the date above. If a change is material, we will tell account owners in advance.
