For agents
What does an AI back office do for one Realtor?
An AI back office handles the drafting behind each deal so the agent can stay with clients. RealtyOS drafts lead replies, client updates, and listing launches for approval, writes listing copy from the property record, builds CMA notes from the agent's own comparable sales, and starts each day with a briefing of what needs attention.
Replies and updates, drafted for you
The Lead Conversion Agent drafts follow-ups by email or text, and the Client Concierge Agent drafts updates on where things stand. Each one waits for your approval before it goes out.
Listings from the record
The Listing Website Studio builds a website for each listing, and a Launch Preflight checks it before release. The listing copy kit writes headline options, highlights, and keywords only from the property record.
CMA notes from your comparable sales
Enter or import the comparable sales you pull from your MLS, and the Market Intelligence Agent builds CMA notes with every adjustment shown line by line. It is an estimate for discussion, not an appraisal.
Start the day with a briefing
A daily briefing lists what needs your attention, in order, and a private calendar feed puts your RealtyOS items on the calendar you already use.
What RealtyOS does not do yet
- No MLS feed yet. Market statistics are a labeled sample until an MLS is connected, and CMA notes use the comparable sales you enter or import.
- Leads arrive through the intake form and listing websites. There are no direct connectors to lead sources yet.
