For team leads
How do team leads route leads and approve AI drafts?
In RealtyOS, every new lead is scored the moment it arrives, and team leads can assign or reassign it to the right agent. Agents' AI drafts wait in a shared approval queue that follows the team's rules, and a weekly business review shows response times, appointments, and gaps.
Every lead, scored on arrival
A lead from the intake form or a listing website arrives with a score and a tier, so the most promising ones rise to the top. The Lead Conversion Agent can rank open leads by score, response time, and due follow-ups, and draft the first reply for approval.
Assign and reassign
Team leads see the whole team's pipeline and can assign a lead, or move it to another agent, from the lead's page. Agents see their own leads and the unassigned ones.
One approval queue, your rules
Client-facing drafts wait in a shared approval queue. The team's approval rules decide who can approve what. A rule can add a gate, but never remove the compliance gate.
Coaching from the numbers
The Revenue Growth Coach Agent writes a weekly business review from the last seven days: leads, response time, appointments, contracts, closings, and gaps. It also lists overdue follow-ups, unanswered leads, and past clients who have gone quiet.
Analytics dashboards show the team's pipeline and how quickly leads get a reply.
What RealtyOS does not do yet
