Guide
Where does an AI back office fit next to a CRM and transaction software?
RealtyOS can be a brokerage's workspace for leads, clients, listings, and transactions, or it can run next to the CRM and transaction software the team already uses. A team can start by importing contacts from a CSV file, adding active files, and turning on the agents one workflow at a time.
What RealtyOS covers
Leads, contacts and clients, buyers and sellers, listings with their websites, transactions, documents, marketing drafts, an inbox, a calendar feed, tasks, and analytics, with eight agents working on those records.
Running next to your tools
A team can keep its current CRM and transaction system and use RealtyOS for the work they do not cover, such as listing launches with a preflight and a recorded release, or drafts that wait for approval. Contacts move in from a CSV file today.
How a team can start
One workflow at a time keeps the change small:
- Import your contacts from a CSV file.
- Add your active files, with their dates and documents.
- Set your approval rules, disclaimers, and brand voice.
- Turn on one workflow, such as lead follow-up or listing launches, and add more when the team is ready.
What RealtyOS does not do yet
- No direct connectors to lead sources yet, and no bulk lead import. Contacts import from a CSV file.
- No e-signature integration yet.
- Email and calendars are one-way: replies to emails sent from RealtyOS go to the agent's own inbox, and calendars are a private feed.
- RealtyOS drafts marketing campaigns but does not send them. They go out from the brokerage's own email and social tools.
