For brokerages
How can a brokerage use AI and keep control of compliance?
RealtyOS gives a brokerage eight AI agents that draft the routine back-office work, while brokers keep the final say. Anything a client or the public will see waits in an approval queue, compliance items wait for a broker, and every agent run, approval, and send is recorded in an audit log you can export.
Agents draft, brokers decide
Eight agents cover the jobs a brokerage would otherwise staff: lead follow-up, client updates, listing launches, transaction coordination, marketing, compliance review, market analysis, and business coaching. Each one drafts and checks its work. None of them sends anything a client will see on its own.
A client-facing draft waits in the approval queue. A compliance-sensitive draft, or one that reads like legal, tax, or financial advice, waits for an owner or broker admin.
Rules the brokerage sets
Owners and broker admins set the approval rules and add the brokerage's own disclaimers. A rule can add a gate, such as auto-draft only. No rule can remove the compliance gate.
The Broker Portal
The Broker Portal gathers what needs a broker in one place:
- Items waiting on broker release
- Documents needing review
- Deals at risk
- Listing websites waiting for release
- Fair Housing flags
- Buyer agreement gaps
- A compliance calendar and a file review queue
Every step on the record
Agent runs, approvals, edits, sends, and exports land in an append-only audit log. Owners, broker admins, and team leads can filter it and export it as a CSV file.
Each brokerage's records are kept apart by the database itself: every request is limited to the signed-in person's organization.
Listings and CMAs wait for a release
Before a listing website goes public, a Launch Preflight checks it and a broker records a release decision. CMA notes built from an agent's comparable sales are released by a broker too, and if a draft presents the estimate as an appraisal or a promised price, RealtyOS swaps in a plain version of the same figures.
A brokerage that wants RealtyOS on its own domain can choose a dedicated deployment. Many start with a Listing Launch Preflight pilot; the pricing page has its terms.
