What is a Listing Launch Preflight?
A Listing Launch Preflight is a check that runs before a listing goes public. RealtyOS compares the listing website with the property record, flags Fair Housing wording, asks for photo rights and AI-imagery disclosure, and checks the brokerage details. Then a broker records a release decision. It flags; the broker decides.
What it checks
Each check passes, warns, or fails, with the detail behind it:
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage match the property record
- A price is set
- Fair Housing language review
- Unverified claims
- Media rights confirmed
- AI imagery disclosed
- The brokerage is identified, with an Equal Housing Opportunity statement
- A listing agent card
Flags, not verdicts
Fair Housing findings say the wording may require broker review and suggest a rewrite. None of it is legal advice: the broker makes the call.
A recorded release
When the checks are done, the listing website goes to a broker for release. The decision and who made it are recorded, and the site goes public only after the release.
The pilot
A brokerage can start with the Listing Launch Preflight pilot: four weeks with one approved listing checklist and a set of consented listings, each with a preflight packet and a recorded release. The pricing page has its price and terms. The pilot measures:
- Median broker review time from the approval records, compared with the baseline you give us for today's process
- Every issue the broker confirms, tracked to its rule and source
- A recorded approval for every listing that goes live
